Traditional Techniques, Modern Twist: Hand Embroidery on Indo Western and Western Tops

As fashion trends evolve, it’s no longer just about traditional Indian wear. People are now exploring a blend of Indian and western fashion to create something unique and stylish. That's where Indo Western clothing comes in. This fusion of Indian and western fashion has become increasingly popular in recent years. With a mix of vibrant colors, intricate embroidery, and unique designs, it's no surprise that people are loving this new trend.

When it comes to Indo Western clothing, hand embroidery is an important aspect that elevates the entire look of the outfit. Hand embroidery is a traditional art form that has been passed down through generations in India. It involves stitching designs onto fabric using a needle and thread, and sometimes incorporating beads and sequins for added texture and shine. Hand embroidery can take several hours to complete, but the end result is worth the effort. It adds a touch of elegance and grace to any outfit.

Our Journey

At November 28, we specialize in designing and manufacturing hand embroidered western and Indo Western outfits. Our outfits are available in both pastel and pop colors, with intricate sequin and bead work. We believe that these unique designs are what sets us apart from other clothing brands. Our aim is to bring together the best of both worlds - traditional Indian embroidery with western cuts and styles.

Our brand, November 28, is a part of Spacious Industries which launched the brand name Amantran in 2009. Under Amantran, we designed and manufactured hand embroidered Indian wear using traditional Indian hand embroidery techniques like gota pati and zardozi. We served our customers until March 2020, when the COVID-19 lockdown forced us to close our offline store in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi. However, we didn't let this setback hold us back. Our head designer and owner started working on the November 28 brand, which was always a western wear brand since 2016 when it was first displayed for customers at Amantran's offline store.

In March 2022, we launched our online store www.november28.in with hand embroidered western and Indo Western outfits, and since then, we have been able to cater to customers from all over the world. Our aim is to be a brand that has a retail presence globally, providing our customers with ultimate western outfits using hand embroidery and pop colors.

Why Hand Embroidery with Beads and Sequins is Expensive

Hand embroidery with beads and sequins is a meticulous and time-consuming process that requires skilled artisans to work on each piece. The process involves adding beads and sequins to the fabric by hand using a needle and thread. This technique has been used for centuries and is still highly valued for its intricate and delicate details.

The artisans who do this work are highly skilled and have spent years perfecting their craft. They must have a steady hand, excellent eyesight, and an attention to detail that is unmatched. The process of hand embroidery with beads and sequins can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.

The use of high-quality materials, such as silk thread, sequins, and Swaroski beads, also contributes to the high cost of hand-embroidered garments. These materials are expensive, and the time and skill required to work with them add to the cost.

Despite the cost, hand-embroidered garments have a timeless quality that makes them a valuable investment. They are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that can be passed down through generations. They are also eco-friendly and sustainable, as they are made by hand and not mass-produced in factories.

So why should you consider adding hand embroidered western and Indo Western outfits to your wardrobe?

  • Firstly, they are unique and stylish. You won't find anything like them at your local mall. Each outfit is a work of art, and the intricate details will make you stand out in a crowd.
