At November 28, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our returns policy & exchanges policy is designed to offer a straightforward process if you are not fully satisfied with your order. You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
What is Your Returns Policy?

Please check the returns policy of each product on the product page. Some products may not be eligible for returns but can be exchanged.
Returns will be processed according to the original mode of payment. Please ensure merchandise is unused with all price tags and seals intact for a refund.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur, which enhance their uniqueness. Differences in display screens may also cause slight variations in the product's appearance.
Exclusions from Returns Policy
- All Made-to-Order products are not returnable but are eligible for exchanges and alterations. Look for the Made-to-Order tag on each product.
- Products with broken seals or missing price tags.
- Custom orders are non-returnable.
- Items on sale or at reduced prices are excluded from returns policy
- Earrings are not returnable.
Exchanges & Alterations
Packing and Delivery Assurance: We take packing and delivery very seriously. In rare cases where you receive a damaged product or incorrect item, please make an uncut unpacking video as proof.
Exchange Eligibility: All products, including Made-to-Order items, are eligible for exchanges. Provide an uncut unpacking video showing damage or discrepancies, and we will exchange it for the exact same item.
Alteration Service: If a product does not fit as expected, you can request alterations. We offer free alterations for all possible adjustments. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91-8826916188 to arrange alterations.

When Will I Receive a Refund?
Our courier partner will pick up the product within 3-4 days, and a refund will be processed upon completion of a quality check. The entire process, from pickup to refund, typically takes 5-15 days, depending on your location. We will send a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
